A custom sculpture, the ribbon-like structure is supported by a round base. Overall, the movement in the piece is outstanding such that it imitates the movement of a falling ribbon rippling through the air. The subtle curves were expertly bent and shaped to achieve the natural movement of ribbons. To add more movement, the sheet of metal was imprinted with patterns by grinding it repeatedly – making delicate lines that compliments the whole piece.
