The heat-tinted post-modern wall art by Cincinnati artist our artisan ‘Ionosphere’ is based on the layer of atmosphere located in the upper part of the atmosphere. It is composed of portions of the mesosphere, thermosphere and exosphere. Various layers of sheets of orange tinted metal comprise the modern wall art. By subjecting the sheets of metal to ultra-high heat, different shades of orange were achieved. To further enhance the visual effect of the piece, different layers of lines was grinded onto the metal which created different textures and movement in the sculpture. The sky in the late afternoon, different streaks of orange dominates the used to be blue heavens.
A very cool multi-panel sculpture that will accentuate modern spaces, this will add a piece of the sky to the décor of offices or houses.
