Infusion Double’ is a heat-tinted trendy rectangular artwork made by artist our artisan. The intricate interlocking basket weave design was an embodiment of the level of craftsmanship the artist possesses and his knowledge on how to maximize the potential of metal. Different shades of orange were created by torching sheets of metal under ultra-high temperatures to bring out its natural colors. By grinding different layers of lines, various textures and movement was created, adding an element of life to the inanimate medium. It captures the essence of the urban lifestyle – straightforward, two-dimensional and ordered but there still is elegance and sophistication despite all of these.
